1. Install Telegram App (Telegram is a cloud-based mobile and desktop messaging app like WhatsApp).
  2. Find GAlertsNet_bot
  3. Find Code to activate notifications by Telegram in User control Panel -> Settings
  4. Send it to GAlertsNet_bot and wait within 1 minute
